CoSePar™ definite partner identification

CoSePar™ defines the distinct partner code for the data exchange via the portals CoSeDat™, CoSeInv™ and CoSeEDI™

CoSePar™ is an indispensable requirement for participation in the portal. The authorisation concept is derived from CoSePar™.

CoSePar is identical with EUPar

 

CoSeMat™ material number timber article defines the distinct article code for "timber“, which is comprised of the characteristics:

type of wood (on the basis of the EC standard EN13556)
class – rough classification, umbrella term (sawmill timber, industrial wood, recycling etc.)
class of application – sub-class (wood chips, OSB, MDF, sawdust, palettes, poles etc.)
Certificates (PEFC, FSC, Naturland…)
Quality/rating – classification according to the rating classes
Accounting length (2 -5 metres)
Bark status (with/without bark etc.)
Thickness class (centre thickness, Heilbronner etc.)

 

and conforms to 100% with ELDAT. Further national standards can be easily allocated.
CoSeMat™ is an indispensable requirement for the data exchange on CoSeDat™.

CoSeMat is identical with WoodCat

 

CoSeTag™ meta data PDF document

To simplify standardised data exchange of PDF documents the so-called MetaTag of Common Sense is imprinted onto all documents. The information of the document is imprinted in the MetaTag in plain text but in a standardised form. By this means problems with the authorisation validation and the file name etc. can be simply resolved.

CoSePar number originator and recipient
document number and date (invoices, credit notes but also e.g. orders and other types of documents can be sent)
Optional: Net, VAT %, VAT amount, gross, order number and delivery note
